The national language is English and it is the only language spoken, except in classrooms where foreign languages are taught.

Government: Five people are elected to run the country. They serve a two year term and may be re-elected up to 5 times. These five people listen to the people and work hard to make our country a good place to live.

Anyone who commits a serious crime is kicked out and must return to where they lived before here. However, there is the death penalty for murder and a couple other heinous crimes. So far, there have been no crimes this serious. As time goes on and there are people who were born here who commit crimes, those people will have a choice of where they want to go, but they cannot stay here. We believe in honesty, integrity and doing what is right. For minor crimes, we try to figure out natural consequences. If you steal something from someone, you must give them back the item or replace it with another of equal or better quality.

School: Children go to school from age 5 (half-day Kindergarten) to age 17 or 18 (12th grade). There are no state or national tests. Teachers are highly trained and highly respected. They teach the curriculum and test students at the end of each unit. If the teacher says the student has learned the material, that's good enough for everyone. Students get more and more choices about what they learn as they get older. Students enjoy school and are internally motivated to do their best. The teachers provide rich learning environments that challenge students to do their best. College is not necessary anymore because high school students have already chosen their careers and have been trained for their chosen jobs. For those who want further education, college is an option, but it is not the norm. Once employed, people continue to take classes to help them continue to improve on an as needed basis.
